Production Deployment

A hardened deployment with integrations, access controls, operational documentation, training and acceptance testing.

Plan a deployment From $20,000 · Typically 6–12 weeks

Who it is for

Organisations with a proven workload that now need it to run reliably for real users, inside their own boundary.

The problem it resolves

Getting a model to answer is easy. Running it with identity, permissions, monitoring, upgrades and support is where most private-AI projects stall.

What we need from you

  • An accepted pilot, or equivalent evidence
  • Target infrastructure and the procurement route for any hardware
  • Identity provider, document sources and integration owners
  • Operational owner and support expectations

What you receive

  • Deployed, access-controlled service in your environment
  • Integrations with agreed document sources and your identity provider
  • Monitoring, logging policy and a documented data boundary
  • Regression test suite, carried over from the pilot
  • Runbooks, admin training and user guidance
  • Acceptance testing signed off by your named owner

Not included

  • Hardware cost (quoted separately or bought directly from suppliers)
  • Ongoing operation after acceptance (see Managed Private AI)
  • Changes to systems outside the agreed scope

How the result is accepted

  • Regression suite passes on the production configuration
  • Permission and disclosure tests pass
  • Agreed latency and concurrency targets are met at the measured load

Commercial structure

From $20,000, typically 6–12 weeks. Excludes hardware, taxes and third-party licences. Final price is fixed in a written scope before work starts.

Typical situations

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we have to buy hardware through you?

No. You can buy directly from suppliers. We provide the specification, compare quotes against the same scope, and test what arrives. Any supplier referral fee is disclosed and never decides the recommendation.

Who does the work?

Our engineers, plus vetted specialists where the work needs them. Either way, one named owner is accountable for scope, delivery and acceptance.
